About Me

Life is not always easy.
All of us experience emotional difficulty when things get rough. You don't have to face them alone. I am here to offer you a safe, respectful and non-judgmental place to explore what is most troubling you, such as: anxiety, depression, grief, or other symptoms that constrict your life. My goal is to help you become aware of new perspectives into the experiences that confuse or trouble you, and help you develop the strength to change and have a more control in your life.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counselling, with extensive counselling experiences in helping individuals, couples and families through loss, grief, shame, guilt, relationship and marital issues. I use a client-centered therapy approach, and integrate principles from Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Adult Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to treat a wide range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, isolation, family conflict.

Being a Family Connections Counselor in a social agency for many years, I help supporting individuals, couples and families in identifying their needs and strengths, in order to help them foster healing, growth and relationship restoration. I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
